Bonnie Ausfeld is a
career development professional with more than 25 years experience in providing
tools for success in education, business, and other fields. In that regard, she
has a master’s degree in business communication, is a motivational speaker,
trainer, author and career consultant. Her professional training programs focus
on building a successful business network by developing leadership qualities,
effective listening techniques and time management skills.
Bonnie is also the founder and CEO of Business Referrals

in business networking, direct referrals, and professional development. She has worked with for-profit and non-profit organizations,
has won numerous awards associated with career and networking development and
held various leadership positions in the Tech Valley/Capital Region area.

In addition, Bonnie has achieved the level of Advanced Gold
Toastmaster with Toastmasters International. She also holds certificates with
the Creative Voice Development Group and the Center for Organizational Energy
(Bullet-Proof Manager). Her honors, achievements and other community
involvement activities are varied. She received the Board of Directors Award in
the Volunteer Achievement Program from the New York State Credit Union League
and the Credit Union National Association, Inc. Bonnie has also served on the
Union College Parents Council and Admissions Department, was a board member for
