Time Management
OVERVIEW
Time Management skills are some of the most important career skills that you can learn. Successful people know that having effective time management skills are essential in all areas of their lives. Our Time Management program will help you to become more effective by focusing on goal-setting and how to achieve those goals.
CONSULTATION
Session focuses on identifying and clarifying your needs, and/or those of your company staff and the goals and objectives of the company.
PLANNING PHASE
The planning phase focuses on identifying all the areas that create your typical day, week, month. This phase seeks out those areas that disrupt your flow and cause you to jump from one project to another without completing the first.
TIMELINE
We work as a team to gather information and set a timeline for accomplishing goals, identifying strengths, and challenges. We look at you as an individaul, the whole organization, its leadership and business needs.
PREPARATION
During this phase each individual brainstorms on identifying distractions and making commitments to specific goals. Here is where the individual begins to learn about tools of the Time Management program.
APPLICATION
Our Time Management program will help you to learn how to work “Smart” rather than just working “Hard.” You learn to recognize your strengths and challenges and begin to work out the difference between what you enjoy in your day and how you can work at your optimal level.
